Due to the nature of custom and one-of-a-kind products, customer, agrees to artistic freedom should substitution of materials be necessary.
All shop item are handmade and may contain minor discrepancies.
Tracking numbers will be addressed to the email you include with your order.
Inventory items are processed within 1-5 business days. Shipping on the subsequent Tuesday.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Shop not responsible for delays due to customs.
3 business days after items are delivered to request full refund/exchange on regular items, must be in original new condition. Customer pays return shipping.
I do not accept returns or exchanges for custom orders.

Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
Orders cancelled between 24-48 hours will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
When can I expect my order?
Custom orders can take 3-5 weeks depends on made/ordered material.
Ready-to-ship items will dispatch on the following mail pickup; every Tuesday & Friday.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated for you at checkout. I highly recommend adding insurance to protect your investment from carrier errors. In the tragic case that your piece(s) are broken in transit, insurance ensures that you are reimbursed and have funds to order a replacement.
How do you clean the glass?
Always use with a resin resistant solution or specialty glass pipe cleaner.
Keeping your water clean keeps your glass clean.
You can gently wipe down the exterior with warm water and mild dish detergent if needed. Never soak custom pieces.
Avoid using alcohol or chemicals on your pieces.
Can I send you my glass to customize?
Absolutely! Glass must be brand new and never have been used prior to shipment.
Shipping is at your own risk and expense.
My package/purchase has been lost/stolen/damaged. What do I do?
Hippie Clippies is not liable or to be held responsible for mail theft or loss.
If you suspect your package has been lost/stolen/damaged first contact your local post office to notify them of the issue. The postal carrier will have more answers than I will once it leaves my hands.

If your item has been damaged during shipping, then do not use your product! Please notify us within first 24 hours of delivery. Take photos of the package it was sent in, the damage(s) and email them to firstname.lastname@example.org. Keep all pieces and reseal in shipping box. I will email you a return label for repair or replacement. Please promptly inspect your purchase in order to stay within warranty guidelines.
Damages reported later than 2 business days delivery will not be covered.
